Ready for Immediate Pickup or Delivery:

All our items are ready to ship or pick up, ensuring that you can enjoy your purchases without delay. For your convenience, we even offer same-day delivery for smaller items like lamps or chairs using Uber. It's our way of providing you with the utmost convenience and flexibility.

Online Purchases:

When you choose to purchase online, you have the flexibility to shop from the comfort of your home. Please note that the delivery charge will be determined and agreed upon by you, the buyer. We understand the importance of providing options that cater to your specific requirements, so we take the extra step to ensure you have choices.

Delivery Options:

We go the extra mile to make sure your purchase reaches you safely and efficiently. Here's how:

1. Multiple Quotes: For your convenience, we'll shop around for at least 2-3 reputable movers and provide you with all the available options. This way, you can select the one that best suits your budget and timeline.

2. Your Control: You're in charge of the delivery process. You'll be responsible for both the delivery charge and scheduling the pick-up date and time based on your availability.

Self-Transportation:

If you prefer a hands-on approach and can load the purchased pieces into your vehicle, we're here to help. Our warehouse personnel can assist with wrapping and loading your items to ensure their safe transportation to your destination.

AS A CONSIGNOR:

At Resiklo, we've streamlined the consignment process to make it as hassle-free as possible for you. We understand that parting with your unwanted treasures should be straightforward and rewarding. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Submit Your Items

Email us at ResikloDesign@gmail.com with:

• Item details: Include any provenance, purchase date, purchase price, maker labels, and notable imperfections.

• Photos: Attach clear photos of the items you wish to consign.

We'll take care of the rest!

Step 2: Quality and Condition Matters

Quality and condition are our top priorities, just as they are for most shoppers. We carefully assess each item to ensure it meets our standards of excellence. This process typically takes 2-3 days, during which your items will be approved.

Step 3: Pricing Agreement

All items are priced at 50%-60% less than their current selling price or value. The pricing is a collaborative effort, with you, the consignor, and Resiklo coming to an agreement on the final prices.

Step 4: Consignment Period

The consignment period is set for 60 days. During this time, your items will be available for sale to our discerning clientele. If any items remain unsold after this period, the prices will be reduced by 20%, and the contract will automatically renew for another 90 days.

Convenience Options:

• Alternatively, we can assist you in finding reputable movers. We'll provide you with 2-3 options to choose from, tailored to your needs. You will be responsible for the charges and scheduling the pick-up date and time, depending on your availability.

What Items Does Resiklo Accept for Consignment?

We welcome high-quality designer and luxury furnishings, artwork, carpets, lighting, decorative accessories, and select antiques.

What Items Does Resiklo Not Accept?

We do not accept damaged furnishings/items, mattresses, appliances, bedding, fabrics, curtains, or telephones.

Approved Consignment Items

Once approved, you'll receive an email from Resiklo along with a copy of the Consignment Contract.

Consignor Payout:

• Items displayed/stored at Resiklo Design: A 50/50 split between the consignor and Resiklo from the actual sold price.

• Items kept at the consignor's home: A 50/50 split, with 50% going to the consignor and 50% to Resiklo.

Discounts:

Designers or decorators in the trade receive a 10% discount on items in consignment for 60 days or less. Renewed contract items with reduced prices are not eligible for this discount.

Consigning Items Stored at Consignor’s Property:

Photos provided during the submission will be used for website listings. A 50/50 consignor payout split applies to approved items stored at the consignor's home.

Checking Sold Items:

Consignors can check if their items have sold on the Resiklo website, which is updated daily.

Unsold Items and Expired Contracts:

After the 6-month term, consignors have choices:

1. Reclaim Unsold Items: You can choose to take back any items that haven't sold.

2. Price Adjustment: If we believe that the price may have deterred a sale, we may suggest a 50% price reduction.

3. Donation Option: If you prefer, you can opt to donate unsold items. In this case, Resiklo will coordinate a pickup with Housing Works, and within 30 days, you will receive a tax credit document for your contribution.
