1. Returns and Refunds Overview

At Resiklo, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality used furniture. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or refunding your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Return Period: You have 2 (two) calendar days from the date of delivery of the item to request a return or refund.

  • Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return or refund, the furniture item must be in the same condition as when purchased. It should be free from damage, stains, odors, or any signs of wear and tear that were not present at the time of purchase.

3. Types of Returns and Refunds

a. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Refuse delivery if packaging is damaged or if the item arrived damaged. We will arrange for a return delivery & refund, including any shipping fees.

b. Non-Defective Items

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defects (e.g., did not fit), you may do so within the specified return period. In such cases: item is too big to fit entry way, item is the wrong size, item doesn’t fit freight elevator or stairs, or item is the wrong color.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A restocking fee of 25% will apply.

  • Shipping fee will be refunded to Resiklo.

  • The returned item must be in the same condition as when purchased.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support team at Gabriela.ResikloDesign@gmail.com or 347.227.7699 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

    • For smaller Items: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

    • Ship the item to the provided return address along with the RAN.

5. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. We will then process your refund or replacement accordingly.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Used Furniture: As-is Condition

Please note that all used furnishings are not be eligible for returns or refunds. This includes items sold "as-is" or "final sale" and any customized or altered furniture. Each item is thoroughly inspected to provide accurate condition report per item.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the following:

  • Providing accurate and complete contact information.

  • Safely packaging and shipping returned items (small items only).

  • Covering the cost of return shipping (unless the return is due to damage or defects).
