Shipping is free across the USA.
5. Is there a return policy?
Yes, if your purchase arrives damaged or has the wrong dimensions and doesn’t fit, you can return the item free of charge.
6. What if I don’t like my purchase and want to return the item?
You have 2 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
A restocking fee of 25% will apply.
The original shipping fee will be refunded to Resiklo.
The returned item must be in the same condition as when purchased.
7. How do I consign items?
Send photos and information about the items you want to consign to ResikloDesign@gmail.com. We will review your items and respond within 3 business days. If you have a deadline, please call us to expedite your request.
8. Why are your items so much cheaper than other furniture websites, and why do you consider yourselves a sustainable business?
We believe luxury shouldn't come at the expense of our planet. Our designer pieces are priced at well below 50% of their current retail price or value. This commitment to sustainable luxury means you can adorn your space with recycled furnishings you love while being environmentally conscious.
9. Can I pick up items myself if I’m in NY?
Yes, you can pick up the items yourself. Please ask for a customer pick-up discount.
10. Where does your inventory mainly come from?
80% of our inventory comes from renowned designers and stagers in the country. When they purchase luxury furniture for a client and the client changes their mind or if they stage a luxury apartment and can't return the furnishings, they send it to us.
This is why all our pieces are in very good condition to excellent mint condition.

Lawrence Reyes, the visionary behind Resiklo Design, brings decades of expertise in managing, assessing, and negotiating the sales of specialty curated artwork and furniture items. With a background in New York City's fashion & design industry and a passion for preserving history through design, Lawrence's journey has been marked by excellence. Before founding Resiklo Design, Lawrence served as the Director of Operations at Parigi Group LTD for a decade. He further refined his skills at Decor NYC, under the mentorship of Bruce Tilley, Founding Partner, and served as Director of Operations.
